LEVEL 2 OFFENSES
Display/Use of Cell Phones & Other Electronic Devices (CPP)
- Disciplinary action by the school or criminal penalties if the device is used in a criminal act.
- The school shall not be responsible for lost or stolen devices.

1st Offense: Confiscation of item and warning
- *items confiscated may be picked up at the front office, by parent or guardian, 24 hours from date of confiscation. Refusal to surrender device(s) shall be considered insubordination.
Failure to Serve Detention (FSA)
- Minimum consequence: In-School Suspension
- Subsequent Offense may result in more serious administrative consequences
FAILURE TO SERVE SATURDAY SCHOOL (FSS)
- Out of school suspension
False Accusations Against Student (FAC)
- Minimum consequence: Counseling and parent contact
- Maximum consequence: Out of school suspension and recommendation for expulsion
Forgery (FOR) / Lying or Misrepresentation (LMR)
- Minimum consequence: Confiscation of item; Counseling; Parent Contact
- Maximum Consequence: Confiscation of item; Out of School Suspension and possible recommendation for expulsion
Gang-Related Activity / Apparel / Appearance (GRA)
- Mandatory Consequence: Out of School Suspension and behavior contract
Insubordination (INU)
- All Offenses: Administrative Discretion up to and including Out of School Suspension and recommendation for expulsion. Notification to RTI Team
Stealing / Larceny / Theft – Less than $300 (SLT)
- All Offenses: Financial restitution; Administrative Discretion up to and including Out of School Suspension and recommendation for expulsion
Stealing / Larceny / Theft - $300 or More (SLT)***
- Mandatory consequence: Financial restitution, Out of School Suspension, recommendation for expulsion, and referral to law enforcement
Threat / Intimidation (TRE)***
- Mandatory consequence: Out of School Suspension, possible recommendation for expulsion and referral to law enforcement.
Threat to Student / Threatening Behavior (TRL)***
- Minimum consequence: Out of School Suspension
- Maximum consequence: Out of School Suspension and possible recommendation for expulsion
Use of Profanity Directed at a School Employee (PRS) (Insubordinate)***
- Minimum consequence: Out of School Suspension and possible recommendation for expulsion
Vandalism – Less than $1000 (VAL)
- Minimum consequence: Financial restitution, In School Suspension
- Maximum consequence: Financial restitution, Out of School Suspension
Vandalism – $1000 or More (VAN)***
- Mandatory consequence: Financial restitution, Out of School Suspension, recommendation for expulsion and referral to law enforcement
Weapons (WPL)***
- Mandatory consequence: Confiscation, Out of School Suspension, referral to law enforcement and possible recommendation for expulsion
